RIVIERA M370 REPOWER

Owner Andrew Ryan's Riviera M370 arrived at The Boat Works running tired big-block petrol sterndrives and left with a pair of Yanmar 6LPA-STZP2 315hp diesels on Bravo X drives.

The project was a complete rebuild from the bilge up — custom-fabricated engine mounts, full engine room flowcoat finish, new generator, complete DC electrical rewire, Garmin electronics and NMEA 2000 network, and a total plumbing overhaul throughout the vessel.

Sea trials were completed at Airlie Beach before the team delivered The Goat to her new home at Hamilton Island. She's quieter, cleaner, and faster than she's ever been.

 

SEA-R ALLOY CAT REPOWER

This Custom Built 52-foot alloy catamaran was sporting two aged engines when it came to us - reaching a top speed of 14 knots.

Her owner Nick and Rachel Chambers were hopeful of reaching 16 knots after the repower but had realistic expectation.

Sea-R underwent a full overhaul, receiving two new John Deere 4045SFM85s engines, a new Mase generator and a complete dashboard refit with Simard and John Deere interface.

She now has top speed of 22 knots and gives her owners the most quiet and smooth ride possible whilst running across the water at planning speeds.

Combing a total of 8 different trades, we believe it is safe to say Sea-R has taken on a new life of her own.
